[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]We have received an exciting update from ongoing trials in Australia, where Ekogea’s BioComplex is being added to potato crops for the first time. These international trials commenced after the company received a £1,000 International Export Bursary in October 2019 from the Department of International Trade.
In these trials, Ekogea’s BCx 900 was added to potato crops producing incredibly encouraging results, the most significant of which was an apparent increase in crop yield of around 15%. Other observations include an improvement in soil quality as well as a reduction in chemicals within the plants and soil. A second trial is now underway which will provide more reliable results and insight into the exact benefits of using BCx 900 in the agricultural sector. Watch this space!
