Anaerobic Digestion Feedstock yields are dramatically improved as microbes have direct access to cell biomass without having to first destroy lignin. This FIBSEM image shows how Micronisation opens up lignocellulose structures and is taken from a sample of digestate from the Hendwr Biogas plant.
