Ekogea Complete Commissioning of New Microniser Unit in Devon

Ekogea has completed commissioning of a duplex design 25 m3 per hour Microniser (feedstock preparation) unit at Nomansland Biogas Plant in Devon.

Ekogea’s full ‘end-to end’ modular AD process optimisation technology is being retrofitted to the operational site (milling, micronisation, concentrator and WWT post-digestate clean-up). The site has adapted well to Ekogea’s system installation and upgrade.

Ekogea technology, alongside BioComplex dosing, will help to improve biological efficiency, optimise biogas yield from higher poultry waste feedstocks, and allow the use of a wider range of feedstocks into the future.
